1 Large bunch of kale (about 6 stems)
     1 Tablespoon of olive oil
     Pinch of sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Remove kale stems and discard
  3. Chop leaves into small pieces
  4. Drizzle olive oil over leaves and massage to coat
  5. Place leaves on baking sheet (you can line the baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure leaves won’t stick)
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt
  7. Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges of the leaves start to brown.
