Ingredients:
1 Large bunch of kale (about 6 stems)
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Remove kale stems and discard
- Chop leaves into small pieces
- Drizzle olive oil over leaves and massage to coat
- Place leaves on baking sheet (you can line the baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure leaves won’t stick)
- Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt
- Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges of the leaves start to brown.
