- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 ½ Tbs raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- ¼ cup chia seeds
Combine all ingredients, except for chia seeds, in a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into a sealable container and slowly add chia seeds while stirring. Make sure chia seeds are thoroughly mixed. Seal container and chill pudding in fridge for 2-3 hours or until desired consistency. Stir prior to serving.
